The community has a Tuscan feel and the homes are built with such thoughtful features as molding trimwork, spatial closets, quality kitchens, luxury baths & landscapes complete with an irrigation system.

The heart behind our work makes a house a home and our team at Pure Style takes that responsibility seriously by starting with the customer in mind and creating a room scheme that allows you to envision yourself living and relaxing in this Villa at Vicenza.
When looking for inspiration for this home we needed to look no further than the sky behind the Villa as it daily changed from a deep azul to coral, orange and pink as the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico and was translated into a casual, chic, and comfortable space.
We accomplished this by using natural elements which makes the home feel grounded, calm and serene. Elements such as:
● Grasscloth wall covering
● Sisal rug
● Bamboo shades
● Rattan bar stools
Then we pair the natural elements with soothing colors. In this villa the colors we chose are as bright as day yet they juxtapose well with the outdoors which is welcomed as part of the living space through large sliding doors. Here are some style inspirations for this home:
● A classic toile bathroom wall covering in blue and coral with a tropical hint
● A brilliant guestroom pulling from nature prints of palms and sea urchins while pulling off a modern pastel
● A fresh laundry room in an orange that will energize any chore
● A blue backsplash in the kitchen to inspire you to get to the beach
● And a classic combination of tan and white in the master bath with a touch of turtle whimsy.
